Joke of the year
Before I clock out, just wanna drop off this joke of the year….
“Nearly 3,000 US troops dead and a cost to taxpayers of over $350 billion that is what the war in Iraq is costing Americans. Yet Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice claims it is “worth the investment”.”
“Rice says a lot has been invested in Iraq in terms of money although conceding it is not just the monetary cost and the sacrifice of American lives in Iraq. To justify this “investment” the Secretary of State claims “along the way there have been plenty of markers to show that the country is worth the investment, because once it emerges as a country that is a stabilising factor” there will be a very different Middle East.”
