Abdul Razak Mat, 53, a carpenter, was the RM1mil grand prize winner of a contest that was part of a program held from May to November last year to update TM’s customer database. The other, Abdul Razak Baginda, 46, a Political Analyst, was charged with abetting in the murder of Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu.
