“Datuk” M Rajoli

In local daily today, our M Rajoli (some say, he is an uncle of Angelina Jolie) was conned RM14,000 in cash and valuables by a former flying school operator. He claimed in his police report that the con man had contacted him several times, saying that he (Rajoli) would be given a “Datukship” by royalty from one of the northern states.

If he believes that nothing comes easy, this would have not happened. Poor old sucker, just whatever made him think a cheap RM14K could slap him a datukship. Try RM300K!!

According to the report, the man convinced Rajoli to buy a handphone worth RM3,000, withdraw RM4,000 from his bank account and use his credit cards to buy RM7,000 worth of jewellery. Rajoli was then sent back to his hotel where he was told to consume three pills, after which he passed out. The items he had bought, his handphone and credit cards were missing from the room.
