Soalan bocor - UPSR

The Malaysian Examinations Syndicate said yesterday that the similarity in the questions provided by tuition and school teachers to those in UPSR is a coincidence.

Well, what can I say. I have to believe this.

I’d say it must have been an exceptional case of ‘pure coincidence’ considering the very remote probability of predicting spot-on questions in Bahasa Malaysia, English Paper, Mathematics Paper and Science Paper (that’s about all the papers in UPSR!)

Superb forecast, whoever made the forecast should’ve been in a weather forecast profession or better still, just fuck teaching and hit the road to Genting! I’m sure you’ll make tons of money there..

Fact of the matter is to re-sit for UPSR examination would be a helluva disaster not only to pupil, but to teachers and the relevant authorities and ministry too. To top it up, the relevant parties in collaboration with Police would have to yank their fat ass to run a nationwide investigation to nail down those responsible and find out exactly at what stage of preparation that the leakage came about. The investigation will not complete unless it disclose the culprits as this involves various interest parties, especially parents. Integrity and reputation of certain parties – principals, teachers, syndicate staff etc will definitely be at stake.

And if there was indeed a leak, the relevant authorities and parties will have to get busy preparing for the revised examination for pupils to re-sit. And all these need to be done with Ramadhan, Hari Raya and school holidays being just around the corner.

Imagine the hassle….

Now, you may not want to believe what the Malaysian Examinations Syndicate said but don’t you think telling the public that the whole leaking mess was just a coincidence makes more sense here (could also save everybody ass too) ??
