6th anniversary of 9/11

Yesterday, crowds gathered at Ground Zero in New York to mark six years since the attacks of 11 September 2001. It was a somber ceremony with every dude and politician talked with emotion as they paid tribute to those killed.

Ex mayor, Giuliani said: “God bless all of those that we lost, God bless all of you who mourn for them. Remember them and live on in their spirit, and God bless America.” Yeah.. ok,.. mmm.. whatever.

Well, let me tell ya, knowing the American culture (if they have one), it won’t be long before this solemn anniversary turns into some wild party with booze, drugs, sex and rock and roll adding to it.

Remember Woodstock 94, a shot to rejuvenate Woodstock 69? Whilst, Woodstock 69 was all about peace gathering, the 94 version was totally about wild party, booze, drug and boundless sex and sex drawn in. I am sure the ‘peace’ sign had transformed with just the middle finger sticking out. With shitloads of people thronging the place, 94 Woodstock was totally a chaos. Things just went out of control and the concerts were wild with violence and lax of security. Probably 80% of those who were at 94 Woodstock didn’t have a single idea what Woodstock was all about.

Woodstock ’94 was a disaster, you can read about it. That explains why there was no 95, 96 or 2007 Wookstock! Same thing will probably happen in 10 or 20 years from now at Ground Zero.
