Going for massage..

In a popular tourist area of Batu, East Java, the relevant local authority has implemented a policy for all masseuses to wear a padlock on their pants as part of an effort to curb prostitutions. A pad lock? WTF.

I don’t know where this place is, but whoever made this ‘smart’ suggestion should’ve their dicks pad-locked themselves.
