An undated handout image made available on Tuesday of an artist rendering of a building designed by Architect Florentine David Fisher. Fisher, and the Dynamic Architecture Group, unveiled on Tuesday designs for a tower, one of which is to be built in Dubai by 2010, whose 80 floors rotate independently constantly changing the shape of the building.
Great design by the architect. The concept would probably involve the use of a main pivot with individual motors powering the rotation for each floor.
